IDP IELTS — Fraud and Cheating with Students

Hello Sir/Madam, This is a written complaint against the fraud going on in IDP Pune, for IELTS Exam where the exam is to test the ability of individuals on English language. The complaint is that this IDP, Pune Center is Deliberately failing students in one subject so that they have to appear into the exam again and again by paying Big amount of Rs.10, 000 every time anybody wants to take a test. They have No transparency on how and Why they have rated individuals Less in One topic Only when he or she scored well in all other topics. They have made a business out of this by harassing students and making them pay again and again for the same test. Also, they have made the cost of Re-Evaluation as So high i.e. Rs.8000 that no student will try to go for that.I want to file a complaint against this IDP Pune center where should be audited. You may find several complaints against them on internet as well this has been my personal experience where they have cheated on me.Please let me know the process of taking a legal action against them.Their site is https://www.ieltsidpindia.com and contact numbers are given on the same site under https://www.ieltsidpindia.com/contactus.aspx Thank you for your co-operation as I would like to escalate this issue on behalf of all the students who are getting harassed every day !! its really good that people are being vocal about this scam!! It's just that people should come in large number and revolt against this organization for cheating young individuals. They first charge 14900/- initially and then if student found result unsatisfactory they tend to charge 11125/- which is almost 70% of the fee. After providing this fee student should supposed to get some softcopy of test form which is submitted to the Cambridge to have transparency. Never know if the test are being reassessed in India or Australia even after the enormous payment for EOR. it time to raise your voice against this sophisticated thugs.

This is soo true. I have aslo suffered from the same. I appeared twice for IELTS and they did the same, earlier they give me 5.5 in one modue, and after that in two modules, and also in very easy modules like listening and reading, moreover i cant apply for recheck due to the fees and marks won't change in this modules too . Not only this they are also giving less marks in other modules whereas we deserves more than that . Not only me, my other friends have also suffered from the same thing.and it defenitely a time to raise voice agnaist this . they are playing with the carrer of the students and their language proficiency. How can it possible if one is excellent in english during his/her school days and medium of the instruction is in english in academics . this is purely scam .
