IDP IELTS — Fraud cheating case on me by my examiner

I caught writing my listening answers just after the time was over they took my passport and I don't know what they did they said you are not following the instructions examiner words ( I can write something on your paper and may not also in rude way I argued on what basis like example when writing time is over every single student still write lots of stuff on paper till they collect the paper so every one was not following the instructions why only me is getting 2 years ban please help me who so ever is reading . Before my result comes please resolve the matter. Punjab Amritsar hotel humble una ( grand millennium hall) I don't know the name of examiner. They can ruin my life by putting any case. Also 3 times light was disturbed in reading module 2 times they came to me in between the paper my reading and writing module went bad because of them. Please help me my parents will kill me.
