They are misusing their authority to make profit by unfair means at the cost of a student's trust at the time of requirement. Their profit making is meant to be at the cost of a student's wastage of their hard earned money. At other times of the day, they are conveniently unavailable and place the burden on the student who is just a money spending customer to them to be exploited without any reason or empathy. Their integrity and sentivity is lacking. Such agencies must be dealt with strictness by higher authorities and taken action against. All such students should also be compensated for the harassment.
