[Resolved] IDP IELTS — IDP IELTS amount deducted but no slot was confirmed

Hello,
I tried to register for the IELTS exam on slot 9th Oct, 2021 and did the payment via UPI. The amount was deducted but the test date was not confirmed and I did not receive any mail/SMS. Second time when I tried to book the same slot via different payment method, I got the confirmation. Please look into this matter with urgency and refund the failed booking.
