I tried booking a slot to appear for the IELTS examination on 2nd December 2020.
After filling in the required details I was directed to the payment gateway where I made a payment of 14, 000 rupees. Immediately I received a message from my bank stating that the amount has been debited. But I couldn't see any booking confirmation on the webpage instead a blank screen appeared indicating TIME OUT ERROR. I was shocked to see the response.
I believed that the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days, as generally, this is the case if online payment gets failed in any other paying gateways. But I am yet to get my money refunded.
It has been confirmed from the BANK end that the payment has been done and the other party has received the same. I am very worried and perplexed.
I am requesting a refund of the money since I booked another slot for the test.
Please look over this issue and revert as early as possible.

I did my payment through RAZORPAY, and I got the message form bank saying that money was deducted, even I tried calling the customer care they didn’t even care n just cut off my call, I have not received any confirmation mail from Idp
