I have booked an ielts indicator test slot and 30-jun-2020 is confirmed for my speaking test and for rest assessment, it is 1-jul-2020.
I have made payment on 20-jun-2020 and payment is also successful but booking details shows status as offline, pending proof of payment.
Next day, when i logged in into idp ielts portal using my candidate id and now even pending status is not there and booking details are completely blank.
I have mailed to idp ielts india, but have not got any response. Also i tried contacting there customer care on [protected] at various time between 9:00 am till 10:30 am but everyone they give one recorded message that we work from 9:00 am till 5:30 pm Was this information helpful? |
