I have given my exam on the 27th of oct and was supposed to get my result declared on the 13th day (9th november) i got an email stating that my result is under investigation. I have a job opportunity in hand and i needed the score for submission to my employers. I haven't had any response from their hotline team nor the verification team. This kind of delay can cost a person their career etc. This experience is the most frustrating team. I do believe this is a money making gimmick so that people appear for another exam and they mint more money.
My advise don't choose idp as their customer team is terrible and has absolutely no clue whats so ever on what is happening.
