IDP IELTS — Ielts slot not allotted

Krishna Patel here. I was registering myself for IELTS exam booking. I made payment through EBS payment gateway from my SBI account. The money has been deducted but I received no registration confirmation from IDP IELTS.
I request to refund my money as soon as possible so that I can proceed to book IELTS exam again.
I m also attaching a screenshot of payments. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
