IDP IELTS — Ielts test booking

I had registered for a test of ilets(academic) on 12 january 2021 for the test to be held on 21 january 2021 (academic ilets ) under the name of jasmine dua and paid 14000 through net banking but no information has been provided by the centre for my booking confirmation for the test taking. the payment has been deducted from my bank account but i havenot received any kind ofconfirmation please please help me with this glitch. the portal says to contact the bank for this.
