IDP IELTS — I'm complaining about my confirmation of exam

Hlo respected ma'am/sir my name is satgur singh gill date of birth 04/12/1998. On june 04, 2020 i booked my ilets exam online for july 30, 2020. Payment fee of rupees 14000 is deducted from my bank account but i did not recieved any confirmation mail yet. Please kindly go through my problem
