IDP IELTS — I'm complaining about wrong name published in my results.

I had my ielts exam on 21/11/2020 but my full name was printed wrong during the exam I asked them to change it to "Vinesh Madhu M J" instead of "Vinesh Madhu" committee said they will change during results ; when the results came it was not updated and I lost the money.When I asked for help they said it can't be changed. Is there any way you could help me because it's my hard-earned money also I applied for colleges they are asking me to retake the test.I can't afford more money.
