IDP IELTS — Message: Error Occured at the time of booking but money got deducted

I paid INR14000/- on feb 3rd to take academic training test on feb 18th but when the payment is completed on the website it showed " Message: Error Occurred at the time of booking" and money got deducted from my bank account.I paid through SBI online banking.
