IDP IELTS — money deducted but payment not confirmed by ielts idp website

I am arka prava sarkar. I registered for ielts exam via ielts idp website. I made a payment of inr 12650, but the website declined the payment but my money has been deducted according to my bank statement. Also there is no notification by them via email or sms. I am unable to understand the problem. Please help me asap. My contact number is [protected]
