IDP IELTS — money deducted from my bank account but i don, t received any email from idp authority

My exam fees was deducted from my bank account and i do not received any email or any other confirmation message from idp authority. So, please i kindly request to you please confirm my payment and confirm my exam slot.
The incident date is 04/02/2020 and i fill a exam of date 08/02/2020

I too have faced a similar issue like you today while registering for IDP test. Could you please share your experience, what resolution you have received in this regards? Did you get any refund, if yes in how many days?
