IDP IELTS — Money deducted test not booked

Hi, i am rachita chawla. I booked ielts and an amount of 14000 inr is deducted from my account but i haven't got any confirmation. I called the ielts customer care no but there is no response. Please refund or confirm my test. I have attached a receipt of payment from razorpay.
