IDP IELTS — money got deducted but slot wasn't booked

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka, 560075

I was trying to book slot for this 23rd March and Rs. 12650 was deducted. Apparently the page redirected with error 404 after passing through the payment gateway.

I have paid through my UPI id and it's been more than a day I haven't received any updates on refund yet.

Could this be investigated and initiate a payback?
