IDP IELTS — No proper help with submission of application

I contacted IDP IELTS to submit my application to various universities in the UK, the staff here are extremely unresponsive and do not help at all, they take they're own time to send applications not realising that the students might waste a year if they delayed their application process, very sorry state of affairs but staff are not at all responsive
