IDP IELTS — Payment deducted but confirmation about test booked not received

Sir today july 7 at 12:16 am i deposited money using IDP official site but i didn't received confirmation where amount has been deducted from my account it show as transaction fail by ur side plz help me out to get back my payment or book my test
