IDP IELTS — Payment deducted but slot not confirmed

I have tried to book 7 August 2021 slot on 12 July 2021, though money was deducted from my account, it said payment on hold and no slot booking confirmation mail received. Please try to look after the issue, it's a huge amount for me and willing to give test on 7th but cannot book again until payment is refunded.
