IDP IELTS — payment failed and my money got deducted

I made a registration for ielts examination for my wife through idp website and the payment failed and my money got deducted. I contacted idp office and they told that there has no registration took place but the payment deducted will be refunded within 10 days.

They again asked me to make a new registration after clearing the cookies

The second time also same error took place and my money got debited but no registration being done i paid through razorpay under google pay upi both of the times

I called idp again and they told me the same to wait for 10 working days to get it credited which i doesn't feel so good because i have to wait 10 days to get a total of rs 28000 of two failed transactions.
