IDP IELTS — Payment made but no confirmation received

I have tried to book slot for 7 August 2021 on 12 July 2021, the payment was deducted from my account but IDP merchant page said payment on hold. Please try to look after my issue, it is a huge amount for me and I am willing to give test on 7 August but Cannot book slot again until I get my refund.
Will be waiting for your response and action
