IDP IELTS — refund and lack of grievance redressal

This is to complaint of their lack of support and redressal mechanisms while addressing grievances. I had opted for a refund on 2nd august which was approved from their side on 4th august (Ticket#[protected]). I was told they would require 10-15 days to have it refunded back in my account. After this i have called them many a times and mailed them many a times (For which i have mails sent to them and conversations recorded to act as evidence). I realised that they had been ignoring my mails and their customer care agents were not able to help me, not able to provide me with an effective solution and were disgustedly rude to me in all the calls i have made to them (For which i have made a complaint which is still not resolved - ticket#[protected]), (Calls to their customer care number have been recorded by me). They have not provided me with the transaction details of when and how the refund was made after asking them 'n' number of times for this since i have the right to information. Their failure to provide for a higher redressal mechanism is utterly violative of the companies act and the consumer protection act. Their call agents have made it clear that there is no way to complaint except for writing mails which are often ignored by them. I would be highly obliged if this could be looked at urgently and be solved to hep future students avoid having the sam etroubles.
