IDP IELTS — Refund

Krishna Patel here. I was registering myself for IELTS exam. I made payment through EBS payment gateway from SBI account. The money has been deducted but I received no registration confirmation from IDP IELTS.
I request money refund as soon as possible so that I can proceed to book IELTS exam again.
I am attaching a screenshot of payment. This is my third email seeking solution. Please reply soon.
