IDP IELTS — Registration is not completed but money got deducted

Hi, I have tried to apply for IELTS academic on 29th March 2021 at around 10:30 PM IST and I have filled all my details and then selected Payment method as UPI. I have received the payment notification on my mobile and payed 14, 000/-. Money got deducted from my bank account but the IELTS registration system showed message as Failure.
