IDP IELTS — result delayed

I faced my computer based test LRW, on 22nd September 2019, 5-8 pm slot. The result was expected within 5-7 calender days. Till now I did not receive my result. I contacted at customer care number[protected], they told me that result has already been declared on 28th SEP 2019. But your result has been sent for additional quality check and not yet declared. When will I get my result?
