IDP IELTS — Score changing

I had taken three times ielts exam with idp first time you give 5.5 in writing second time 5.5 in speaking and third time 5.5 in reading. I lost money on EOR also and idp is fooling the students by making money from them. Its a business for them. I am going to complaint about this in Australian government as consumer complaints.
