IDP IELTS — unable to handle admissions

Hi team,
Idp-st marks road
I visited a counselor last week who was supposed to share list of courses. I have been trying to reach them for the past one hour and they keep hanging up of transferring calls which never get picked up.
They are understaffed to handle so many applications.
Please do not let them be associated with ielts as they are not up to the mark

I had mistankenly choosen my exam date as 23rd March instead of 23rd February. As 23rd March clashes with my college exam date I intend to prepone the date. Help if possible
