I have ordered a cake on the occasion of mother's birthday. Order number 10305071 has not been delivered yet where the website mentions the order has been delivered. Its such a hassle to get hold of the Customers service on call. Sent multiple emails regarding the issue but nothing from there as well. This is like a worst nightmare I have ever seen on such an occasion. Either refund the amount or deliver the cake at the earliest. Utterly disappointed with IGP Was this information helpful? |
