I ordered 2 products from Igp.com (their website) on 13.02.2023 and it before I booked, I saw that the item could be delivered on 14.02.2023 to Bangalore.
On 14.02.2023 at 14:00 I got an email from them that my order has been dispatched and delivered, but it wasn't delivered.
On raising a query I got to know from their support team (In my case- Ms. Sara Shaikh) that my item was falsely marked as delivered and that it will be delivered in 2 hours. But it wasn't.
I tried calling them numerous times and wrote emails, but nobody replied.
Now, I have paid for this unprofessional service and I haven't got my product delivered.
I want to sue this company for this behaviour.
