Sir / madam
I had brought combo of three handsets (Ikall - 71 handset) through amazone online shopping plateform in the month of may 2019. Two handsets were causing network connectivity issue. I contacted the ikall support team and was provided with customer care centre address. I visited the same and deposited my handsets at the service centre desk on 12.7.2019. No response regarding the status of handsets is being provided inspite of n number of emails written to the backend support. Was this information helpful? |
