Its a parcel from china aliexpress it clear kolkata custom on 8th nov and had reach guwahati by12th nov 2019 and no new tracking update since then i humbly request guwahati custom and india post to release my order as soon it is possible.     I ordered a mouse worth ~ $80 from germany and the india post tracking says that the package was retained at mumbai foreign post office.

    I have provided the tracking details with the tracking number in the image (Screenshot) below.

    Can someone please advise me what to do? It has been hal a month already since my package arrived in india. I live in pune and it will be difficult for me to physically go to mumbai,...

      Hi,
      A parcel was sent to me to bangalore from singapore post with tracking id - rb[protected]sg.
      It was received by chennai foriegn post office on 20/11/2019 and from that time its not yet processed and no updates after that.
      I tried calling but no one picks up.

      Requesting to kindly deliver the parcel at the earliest.

        I posted package to australia on 15 th november 2019, which is not delivered yet.
        In the tracking status on indian post website displays as the package got is in chennai airport sorting office on 18 th november 2019. There is no tracking status after that.
        Can you please confirm when this package will be delivered?

            I have given order on smitacn.com and they sent the parcel but kolkata customs held it from 09/11/2019 without giving a specific reason. i urgently required my parcel. Please dispatch my parcel as soon as possible.

            I applied for atm on aug 07 & and my bank representative says that it will come in 15 to 30 days maximum. But after a long time it hasn't arrived. & i also applied for atm & cheque book at other bank on October 25th but both of my atm & other banking accessories have not arrived.

              I ordered an item from Singapore which was shipped on 17 Nov 2019. It has been received by India Post on 20 Nov 2019. From then on, it has been the same status for 12 days. It's taking more time for the parcel to arrive locally than internationally.

              My speed Post from Bokaro Steel City to Pune has yet not been delivered.

              In the Portal, it shows already delivered. Have dropped mail to India Post customer care 2 days back. Yet, received no response from them.

                The postman of sarari madhopur (848506) area, never been visited or delivered any post consignment to village, they call any person whom consignment belongs to and ask for bribes, if anyone decline they return that consignment.
                So it's very worse service against indan post.

                      - was shipped from the us by[protected]
                      - got here in india by[protected]
                      - not from[protected], there is no update in tracking, neither any delivery has been made, no contact to me regarding any issues
                      - it's just stuck in india, delhi (Over 1 month just in delhi, why?)

                      So,
                      I'd like to know the reason, why such delay and if it's stolen, i'd like to know that as well.

                        A registered letter from the Udhna SO office in Surat, Gujarat was couriered to Canada on 26th October 2019 and the parcel is still not delivered.
                        The tracker has no updates after 30th October which says that the item is bagged at the Mumbai Airport Sorting Office. Upon complaining online, I've got to know that the parcel is dispatched to Toronto and that there is no tracking service available from Canadian offices.
                        I cannot find a way to contact the Canadian offices.

                        I would like to know a tentative date of delivery of the parcel and also the contact details for the Canadian office. And if the parcel cannot be delivered due to whatsoever circumstances, I'd like a refund of the contents of the parcel and the tariff.

                            India post is not delivering my product. When I went to DLF QE SO post office, the postmaster told me that the entry of product was registered but Gurgaon RMS didn't send the product in physical but made an entry to them, and the product is now missing. That product is very expensive and I cannot afford to loose it due to mishandling of postal service

                              I have applied for sbi debit card and packed date is 24-11 and still it hasn’t moved from the source location even after many days . How pathetic is the speed post now a days ?
                              Whom shall we raise the issue ? None cares about it and we people needs to suffer and I hope no actions will be taken against this complaint .
