I made three transactions to dhani wallet with paytm
4th Jan 2022 INR 1000
6th Jan 2022 INR 500
6th Jan 2022 INR 10

All the three transactions were successfully deducted from my bank account but never updated with the dhani wallet.
I spoke to their support they always say that they can see the transaction and they have received the money and the refund is initiated.

But even after close to 4 months the money is not refunded.
Just hung-up with their phone support and the same story wait for 24-48 hours we will update you.

S/R# 27421211

How many small transactions have been hijacked like this - even with a reputed organization like indiabulls and their so called SUPPORT the money is still missing. It would be interesting to see how much they have stolen with these tactics.

    Hello Team,
    I have not received any reversal for failed payment f Rs.3960 transacted on 1st Mar 2022 for one freedom card via Razar pay. I have already enquired with Axis bank and the transaction was successful as informed by the bank. I have already provided the bank account statement for Mar 2022. I am frustrated with customer care followup and poor service. Please provide the assistance on priority.

    Dhani customer support was quite slow in resolving the issues even after providing the account statement from last one month and continuous followups. Never expected such pathetic service from such NBFC controlled by RBI.

        I made a transaction on 23rd February at 12.21 PM from Amazon Pay Upi to Dhani Wallet of Rs.750, but the money got debited from Amazon Pay and yet not credited to my Dhani Wallet and still my money has not reflected back to my Amazon Pay and for this I even made numerous calls to Customer support executives and I even emailed them about this issue, but no one is willing to understand all they want is me to understand them. Please help me get my money back to my bank account. I've attached two transactions of two different apps. My Dhani account number is [protected] and name of account is Shaikh Sheraaz Ali.

          I made a transaction from Paytm payment Bank to dhani pay wallet on 22 February 2022 .But money is not added to my dhani pay wallet but Payment has been successfull from Paytm side .I raised compliant in dhani regarding this issue .But they are not responding to me properly .             My credit report indicated that the loan was disbursed by IVL Finance to my PAN number, the mobile number and email mentioned for the purpose were incorrect. Fraudsters used my PAN number for taking the loans. Somebody from the company told them as collection agent and manager come directly and intimidating us. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I have take loan in dhani app and this time i pay a loan on time but now i haven't money to pay loan. Recovery agent name sandip nikam and Jayshree patil comes in my location and ask a people for my address with my photo and tell him about my laon. Now every person know about my loan this guys disclose my privacy and that take illegal. this guys number is [[protected]].                           India bulls is charging unnecessary card charges even on deactivated cards. I hv repeatedly sent emails and hv visited the jalgaon branch too for the same. I have even contacted the local person and he advised me that i can deactivate the card thru dhani app too. Despite deactivating the card i am being harrassed to pay the monthly subscription fees. Now they hv converted that amount in loan (loan no. C[protected] and hv sent a legal notice regarding the same. Its a new type of loot started by the company to harass the common my mob: [protected].

                              I have made all payments for the dhani one freedom card all cleared all my dues on 3 rd march and since then im asking for noc of my loan ...the credit limit assinged to me was Rs.25000 but in my credit score its showing Rs 44440
                              and after payment also they are not giving proper response and providing me the noc of my loan account no -CL20760182
                              they are saying there is no due amount then why are the not providing me noc for this loan account ..and now today when i called they are saying u will have to activate ur blocked account and u will have to deactivate the dhani one freedom credit as it is active ..i have cleared all due and then only i have deactivated the dhanionefreedom credit and the applied for permanently closing the account ...i just want the noc plz for this loan account no.

                                        i am not using any service from dhani and now showing 589 RS dues in app ..which link was not clickable into app but support gave me manual payment link..i have paid 596RS that amount too ..still not marked paid into and not deleted my account from dhani..i want my dhani account delete from dhani ..

                                        i m trying to delete my account from more than 1 month sent like more than 15 emails and they don't do anything..and they response in email here and their but not delete account
                                        also their is no cancellation option into app and they ask me to cancel their..bewkoof..everyting is cancelled
                                        and they add monthly subscrition charges 590RS for nothing..its just robbery by dhani company

                                        in my whole life never seen such a worst comany who does not have any support proper and in the name of dhani app .keep charging and does not close dhani app and delete account .even all money paid and sent many email to do it...also their is no option to contact its company higher person who is responsbile for this
                                        i urge to indian government to take action against this company .
