I subscribed to Dhani and paid 300 for that. But after one month I cancelled the subscription and uninstalled the app but Dhani app kept continuing my subscription for 9 months without my knowledge or even informing me. They also sent bad credit report to credit bureau every month due to which my credit score got very bad and now I cannot even apply for a loan. This was not it with them so now after 9 month they are calling me on daily basis and threatening me to pay 9 months subscription charge.
When I tried to call Dhani service center I was never connected and when I get there call they would just threaten me to pay and they hang-up the call and don't listen to me at all.
I am very much depressed and fed-up with there daily call and harassment.
I want them to correct the credit score and cancel my 9 month charge because this is purely fraud.

      I have ourchased an item in on amazon from my dhani wallet but it got cancelled and amount was deducted from my card, Amazon.in processed and initiated the refund on the same day but it hasn't been yet credited in my dhani wallet still. i tried to contact dhani customer support but i couldn't reach them

        Hello Dhani team iam pay my 4 months total subscription fees which is 796Rs, iam pay 791 through my bank account and 5rs dhani wallet Deduct in 25/12/2021, 08:01Am But app show pay now, and i call customer service he also told me you not pay subscription fees pay now total amount. Its Already 9 days complete bill not update Please Help iam also attach payment screenshot proof in official dhani mail but not response.

          I installed Dhani app on April 2021 for trail. It asked me a lot of KYC documents. After KYC they given me credit line of 50k that I was not intended to use at all.
          In May 2021, I found 900rs got deducted from my account as subscription charges .I called and emailed Dhani support to enquire the reason for 900rs debit from my account. It came as shock to me with out using any facility they charged me 900. Then I requested the support to cancel my plan on immediate affect. After few follow up support team responded saying as per your request your plan has been deactivated.
          I took breath of reliefs, but today, 2 Jan 2022, I got call from Dhani for subscription charges. I came to me surprise as I got deactivated plan on May 2021 itself that mean Dhani is charging on deactivated plan.
          I called but could not connect then pinged on messanger to enquire and complain. The support representative Garima Called after sometime, I explained her my case and asked her to refer my email where Dhani support team confirmed that my plan has been deactivated.

          I request indiaBulls Dhani to remove the subscription charges that was applied mistakenly and remove/ delete all my relationships with Dhani and India Bulls.

          I am attaching screen shot where Dhani Support confirmed that my plan has been deactivated.

          I have spoken to you Support team and they of no use. They do not know anything. every time a new support representative calls and I have again explain my case from the start. I am copying the full detail of my case that have sent you to grievance dept. and Nodal officer too. Please resolve my case as soon as possible.

          I am attaching the screenshot which clearly shows that my plan was deactivated on May-2021 and you still kept on charging subscription fee.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I am writing to lodge my formal complaint about a breach of trust and unethical business practice being run by Dhani in the name of one freedom Plan.



          Background:

          Loan Application Number: CL13347892



          My ordeal started when I downloaded the Dhani app after being lured by the Dhani promotion 0% interest. Once I downloaded the Dhani app and provided KYC documents. I got a few thousand Credit limit, however, there was no clear communication of subscription charges without using the Credit limit. I have the following issues with your onboarding process.



          1. There was no clear communication of subscription charges without even using the Credit Limit.

          2. Why One freedom plan was automatically started without asking?

          3. Why a credit card was issued in my name without asking?

          4. Why initial Credit limit amount is decided without asking?

          5. Why Manded was set up in the name of confirming the account details.



          On 24-May-2021, 900 Rs got deducted from my account without any information or communication from your side. I called Dhani customer care and wrote emails to know the reason for the charges, customer case told me these are the subscription charges. I was shocked to hear 900 rs as subscription charges without even using any facility and asking for any service from Dhani.

          Then I decided to cancel the plan that you forced onto me without asking. For that, I sent a couple of emails and spoke to Dhani support. After a few follow-ups, Dhani support confirmed on 29 May 2021 that my One freedom plan has been canceled on my request. (Email communication is attached for your reference in pdf format).



          Recent issue that I am facing are mentioned below, kindly take a not and resolve them as soon as possible :



          Breach of trust:



          A couple of days back I got a call that I have 5000+ pending due, again shock for my life, I spoke Dhani Customer Care, your representative said your plan is inactive due to nonpayment of the subscription charges. I explained what I mentioned in the background that I had canceled the plan in May-2021 itself and forwarded the email from Dhani support for her reference.



          After numerous emails and follow-ups, this issue is not resolved. The customer support replied “This is taking longer than usual, please allow us more time”



          I request you to take action on the following points.

          1. Cancel all my Plans, subscriptions, and relationships with Dhani with immediate effect. As confirmed by Dhani support on May-2021 itself that on my request the plan “One Freedom” has been deactivated and hence it does not make sense to apply any type of fee or charges. I am attaching the screenshot from PDS itself for your quick reference.

          2. Refund my 900 rs debited on 24-May-2021 as subscription charges. I never used any Dhani facility.



          The Vicious circle for charging subscription fee on deactivated plan:



          Today I got a call from Dhani asking to pay the subscription charges that were incorrectly applied on the deactivated one freedom plan. She said that she can cancel the one freedom plan if you pay the outstanding fee amount and she will refund the paid fee amount in my wallet. I do not trust such offers. I can see in the Dhani app, I have been charged a very high fee monthly and I will not be able to cancel the plan unless I pay the outstanding. This is nothing but Blackmailing from Dhani to trap innocent customers. All previous and future applied charges are illegal.



          I am not willing to pay any amount incorrectly charged to me. As I have proof from Dhani saying my plan was deactivated in May 2021 at my request. Please cancel all my plans, subscriptions, and relationships with Dhani with immediate effect if any in your system.



          I can send you the recording with the Customer Care representative for your reference if needed.



          Imposing increase of credit limit:



          I got a call today (IVR), informing me my limit has been increased and the monthly subscription fee also increased. WOW..

          · May I know on what basis you are increasing the limit on the deactivated plan?

          · Who requested you to increase the plan?



          I expect a professional redressal of my complaint and expect a positive response by canceling all relationships with Dhani and Indiabulls and remove all subscription charges applied to me incorrectly.



          Dhani gave me nothing but mental trauma and harassment, in the era of pandemic people lost their livelihood and sustaining with every hardship and limited resources. Such malpractices do not give a good picture of Dhani or IndiaBulls to Indian consumers. I urge you to correct such malicious business practices, if you take care of your customers then customers will take care of you.

                I have subscribed Dhani One Freedom Card on Date: (1/5/2021
                Application: CL[protected] and paid a subscription fee of Rs. 199. Subsequently on 3/5/2021 I deactivated the One Freedom Card and wrote to [protected]@dhani.com requesting them to immediately cancel the One Freeedom card issued in my favour as I did not want to use that. As I have Cancelled/deactivated the card followed by all steps as directed by the Dhani Support team, I never have used the Dhani One Freedom card neither I have availed any service of it. After a long duration i.e. on 03.01.2022 I received a call from Dhani team saying that I have a due of Rs. 1250 towards my subscription charges. The caller's name was Lokesh. I really don't understand for what reason I should pay this subscription fee! I request the Dhani team to immediately wave this fee and cancel the Onefreedom card issued in my favour immediately.                 Dear Madam/sir, My numbers are [protected]/[protected]. I can be contacted in any of the above mentioned numbers. I also have several mails to your support team but there is not a single response. My only request is that: I cancelled the card immediately after subscription hence it should cancelled w.e.f. that date and no subscription fee should be imposed on me. It should be waived off. As I have paid 199/- at the time of subscription but immidely deactivated / cancelled the card the following day. So please co-operate and help.
                Dear Madam/Sir, I received a call from Dhani call center????? Not sure who was the caller. The caller on the other side asked me to download "Anydesk" on my phone so that he could access my Phone and to make the payment on call. Can anybody trust this call whereas we are coming across n number of online fraud near us every day. Dhani team is requested to kindly Cancel my card without asking me to give such remote access to my phone. I email sent to their support team may be considered and the Dhani One freedom card may kindly be cancelled immediately without imposing any fee. Please be informed the Dhani Call Center executive may be requested to behave properly with the Customers. They should keep their patience and listen to the customer and should not say " App jaise hajaro case ate hai daily" . This is offensive. Please take care of this.

                  Its a fraud company. I have subscribed a Dhani Freedom Card and paid the subscription fee. Immediately the next day I sent a mail to cancel the card. However, After six months I ma receiving a call asking to Pay 1250/- towards my subscription fee. Whereas I have deactivated the card and cancel it why should I pay this fee. Can anybody help.

                      Indiabulls finance is a BIG FRAUD AND CHEATERS sitting in the market. I took a Home loan from Indiabulls in 2014 for 40 lakhs Home loan a/c no. is HHLDCP00207048, after they are charging the ROI of approx 11%as of now. With their own wish they will charge EMI of 34000, 35000 and also 38000 + EMI bounce charges + some Insurance amount(Which I never applied for). Customer Service is BIG [censored] HOLE, never bother to answer customer complaints.

                      I asked them to reduce the ROI which every other BANK or NBFC were doing but they are least bothered to answer any such request.

                      They will not allow you to transfer your loan to any other bank but will force you to pay the irregular amount (any amount of their choice) of EMI.

                      For basic query of Interest Certificate it took me for 2 months to contact customer service as they never answer call, still they were unable to provide Interest certificate or wrong format.

                      After all such crap, I stopped the EMI from past 4 months, now they have declared my loan as NPA and charging me 1100 per day interest.

                      Their recovery team calls for EMI amt with fake promises of reducing ROI or transferring loan. some AKSHAY from their NPA team called for reducing, I tried to contact Mr Akshay to discuss my loan but as usual, no one answered the calls till now neither a single reply for the messages I have done and its been 5 months now

                      AFTER SEVEN YEARS OF EMI PAYMENTS MY PRINCIPAL OUTSTANDING IS STILL 39 LAKHS...WITH ADDING MY OUTSATNDING EMIS AND THEIR CHARGES MY CURRENT O/S IS APPROX 42 LAKHS AND MY LOAN AS OF 40 LAKHS.

                      INDIABULLS YOU ARE A BIG GARBAGE DUMP, A BIG [censored] HOLE. A DUSCHEBAG, NASTY, UNETHICAL. YOUR MANAGING DIRECTOR IS A BIG CHEAT WHO IS RUNNING SUCH A FRAUDSTER COMPANY, YOU ARE BEGGARS WHO ARE EATING UP PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. SHAME ON YOU.

                        Hello I Am Chandan Thakur, My Register Mobile Number is [protected] on Dhani IndiaBulls, i have faced a lot of issue with this company, most important thing is they dont resolve the issues, after emailing them with the proper proof, it was a big mistake to do business with dhani indiabulls which i regret now, i have made severals complaints from last month but they have not solved any single issue amongst those, my first complaint was they dont accept payment through the dhani indiabulls application for the credit line they provide, after the due date it appers on the application, my due date is 5 of every month, i m a customer of one freedom dhani card with 5000 monthly limit daily 500 limit, i took credit i have severals emi but it only appers after due date, and they silly charge us for the over due date when i have already kept money in the wallet, but they dont deduct it, 2nd thing there application is very weak it doesnt work properly, indiabulls dhani recovery team calls me 25 times a days with different numbers and they talk very silly things regarding status, , i have recordings too, do a customer need to show his status to the recovery department, where as company provide the benefits after a verifications and clearing eligliblity criteria etc, 3rd thing even there customer service officers are weak and dont resolve any issue rather then asking us to cooperate, i mean what kind of customer service officers are they when they are not able to resolve a single issue from 1 month, i paid them one freedom card subscriptions fee, but still they inactive my card from last month still i was so stupid to pay them the subscriptions fees of 249, and also when the card in inactive when i m not getting a single benefit why i will keep paying them the subscriptions fees every month without even using the benefits, i am sending you the proof and details and if you want more like pdf files and voice recordings etc i can provide and please help me and take actions on them i really need help from consumers complaints

                        Hello i got a call from dhani indiabulls, and i shared all the details with the caller, but he was not ready to resolve the problems, instead he s telling me to pay the subscriptions fees for january month, when i have paid the subscriptions fees for month of december on 6th december which i have shared the screenshot above (any òne can verify regarding the payment done for the subscriptions fees, ) but still i have not received any benwfit in the month of december then why i will pay for the month of january now the subscriptions fees has been increased to 498 rs they have not even claculated the amount of 249 paid on 6th december, now the caller is telling me to pay 498 for both the month again, why i will pay if i have not received the benefit

                            I was getting 4-5 calls everyday from dhani for not paying my subscription fee of my dhani one freedom card, which i haven't used itself from the day i got it. I did not use a single rupee from that card and dhani was torturing me to pay the subscription fee, so i made a payment of rs 625 from phonepe on 18th december 2021 at 5:35pm for the subscription fee and dhani its been 15 days now but my payment has not been updated in the app. When contacted dhani they only say that the transaction has been failed and I'll get a refund soon to my bank but I'm constantly contacting them and all they say is I'll get the refund and to contact my bank to process the refunded amount

                                  I did not take any loan from ivl finance but when I checked my cibil today thare are showing active loan from ivl finance... This is discreesing my cibil... Please help me...

                                    I have paid my dhani loan repayment on[protected]...my loan acct no is IPERJAL06902435...payment order id is[protected]..., ...ref no is[protected]...time 6:25 pm...but dhani app is showing that my loan is still active.i am emailing to dhani from one week but they r not solving my problem and saying that we will contact u but nothing is happening...today they message me that ur emi will debited on 5-1-2022... Pls solve it quickly..

                                      Hi,

                                      I do NOT understand how many more emails or phone calls do I need to make to Dhani before I am given a resolution on the matter. I have already made 100s of them and all i get is Work In progress ??? WTH ??

                                      I will still try and make it simpler for you guys to get this sorted out ASAP.

                                      1. You have WRONGLY REPORTED PAYMENTS AS LATE FOR Loan Account Number: CL09034947 BY 43 DAYS IN CIBIL & OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS (EXPERIAN, CRIF HIGHMARK & EQUIFAX) WHICH HAS TRASHED MY SCORE WITHESE BUREAUS.(I have attached the credit reports)

                                      2. THE REASON WHY I DISPUTING THIS REPORTING TO CIBIL AND OTHER BUREAUS IS BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT DHANI WALLET DID NOT ALLOW ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE "ONE FREEDOM TRANSACTIONS" AS THE WALLET LIMIT WAS REACHED AND INSPITE CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES WITH THIS ISSUE NO RESOLUTION WAS PROVIDED TO ME. (Screenshot Attached)

                                      3. I TRIED EVERY MEANS TO MAKE THE OUTSTANDING PAYMENT TOWARDS THE LOAN ID BUT THE DHANI WALLET DID NOT ALLOW ME TO UNTIL DECEMBER WHEN MY WALLET GOT INCREASED MAGICALLY AND THEN I DID MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT.

                                      4. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED 3 POINTS INDIABULLS DHANI SHOULD NOT HAVE REPORTED THE PAYMENTS AS LATE IN CIBIL & THIS HAS BEEN DONE WRONGFULLY AND ARBITRARILY.

                                      5. I WANT THESE LATE PAYMENTS REMOVED FROM CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS LIKE EXPERIAN AND CRIF IMMEDIATELY FOR THE Loan Account Number: CL09034947.

                                      6. KINDLY REFER TO POINT 5, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENT RECORD FROM CIBIL ELSE I AM GOING TO RBI & BANKING OMBUDSMAN.

                                      Hope I have been able to make these explicitly clear to you what is the issue here and asking you to remove the Late payment record from CIBIL for the said Loan Account Number: CL09034947. REMOVE THE LATE PAYMENT, JUST DO NOT UPDATE THE LOAN ACCOUNT PAID OFF AND CLOSED INSTEAD OF REMOVING THE LATE PAYMENT INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE UPLOADED IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS.

                                      Is This Clear enough Now ???? I have attached the CIBIL report and the Experian Report where you can find that Dhani has informed the Loan Account Number: CL09034947 as LATE by 43 days for NO fault of mine since you have NOT been able to collect the payments.

                                      This was something that was getting resolved on priority & was promised to me is already done.

                                      Now not only it is still not resolved, this issue but you guys have stopped calling & giving me updates about this as well ??

                                      Can you call me & update why has you relevant team still NOT removed the late payments & corrected the DPD to “0” even after promising to get that done a ton of times ???

                                      WHEN will this resolve & the late payment get removed & the DPD get corrected to “0” ??? Can you please let me know & update on the same ??? I have been waiting for over 2 months now.

                                      If I remember correctly did you guys not promise & confirmed that this wrong DPD reporting in CIBIL & EXPERIAN has already been rectified for the months of October & November & the late payments have been removed when end of the month January CIBIL updation by your relevant department ??

                                      Yet it is coming to end of February & the wrongly reported late payments & DPD for Oct & NOV 2021 is still reflecting in CIBIL. Dhani totally TRASHED my CIBIL & EXPERIAN for being a good loyal customer to you guys !!

                                      You CIBIL department just does NOT give a damn about what happens to my sufferings for something that is NOT even my fault & they are just playing GOD while here I am begging & pleading you guys month after month to correct something that should NOT have been there in the first place !! Neither we can contact them by via any channel nor they care about us since we are NOT celebs whose complaints get dealt in NO time !!

                                      Seriously it just takes a moment to correct the CIBIL if the intention is there but seems like you guys just want to keep me suffering for NO FAULT OF MINE !!

                                      CHECK MY ACCOUNT, I GIVE INDIABULLS DHANI BUSINESS IN LAKHS EVERY MONTH WITHA PERFECT PAYMENT TRACK RECORD, THESE WRONGLY & WRONGFULLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENTS WILL EVENTUALLY DROP OFF BUT YOU WILL LOOSE A CUSTOMER LIKE ME IF THIS DOES NOT GET SORTED BY THIS MONTH. CIBIL just twitted me (I have attached the screenshot) that Dhani is NOT even RESPONDING to their dispute request !! How can I even trust a single word that is being said here ??

                                      This has been ON-GOING for the last 3 months yet you have shown complete DIS-REGARD to my problem & the situation in every sense possible !! Even CIBIL is tweeting saying that they have been UNABLE to get a response on the matter from Dhani yet you are telling me you guys have been working relentlessly on this for the pst 3 months !!??

                                      Dos correction of wrong reporting in CIBIL take 3 months to resolve ? Also what kind of behaviour is this NOT even responding to CIBIL over the dispute so that the matter is resolved ?
