Indiafilings Private Limited — FSSAI food license registration service from IndiaFilings Private Limited

I have availed food license registration service from IndiaFilings Private Limited (6 Dhanammal Street,
Spurtank Road, Chetpet,
Chennai - 600 031, Tamil Nadu, India.). The service representative has put wrong company name in the application and even after telling them multiple times (via e-mail, phone calls, whatsapp) they didnot correct it. The service promised me that I will get the license within 2 months. It is more than 3 months now. I did not get the service promised even after paying money.
Since they can not give my time back. I want atleast my money back.
