Indiafilings Private Limited — Trademark registration

I have availed a trademark registration service from IndiaFilings Private Limited (6 Dhanammal Street,
Spurtank Road, Chetpet,
Chennai - 600 031, Tamil Nadu, India.) last year. It's not yet completed. I was told that my package will include everything related to trademark. I was not given the services even after almost a year. Now they are saying that the trademark office has asked for clarification and that I need to pay more money. Extremely disstatisfied with their service. Service promised was not delivered. It's cheating. They have done the same with other services also with me, like FSSAI, opening a bank account with company opening registration was also promised, etc.
Cheating people has become a prime kind of business in India I feel.
