We assigned the above company as our representative regarding change of registered address of our client. (INC-23).
We've provided all the necessary and required the documents which demanded by the above company.
And also makes the professional fees for this work amounting to 21, 000/ in advance to the IndiaFilings private limited plus made the challan of rupees 20, 000/-.
But after some days, We got a letter of rejection from MCA department regarding this work and includes that we have rejected your application of change of registered address with (No proper documents attached) this reason.
After this, we've contact the above company and asked them the reason to rejection of the work because we've provided all the documents demanded by them still our work not done. So, they give the illogical answers like they only deals with the filing process not the rejection or after work purpose.
Still our problem is not solved and we've tried to contact the india filings customer help section, either they don't pick up the call or they keep promising to solve the qurey but not take any further actions.
