      Our Email, Phone and address are available in the bank attached to the said account (Not submitted for security/privacy reasons) :

      i) My wife and myself are retired Kendriya Vidyalaya Teacher and JNU Prof., respectively (obviously senior citizens).
      ii) My wife (ROMA MALLICK) has a salary Account (referred above) at the Institutional Branch Delhi (IFSC IDIB000M089).
      iii) Post-retirement (several years back) we shifted our residence to Gurgaon Sector 56.
      iv) It is about 2 months that we requested the branches to transfer the said account from the Institutional Branch, Delhi to the Gurgaon Sector 56 branch.
      v) We visited both the branches to facilitate the process. We submitted all the documents as demanded by the both the branches.
      vi) We have done whatever possibly one can do.
      vii) But alas, the reality is account has not been transferred for months.

      We are forced to lodge this complaint.

      Even the INDIAN BANK ONLINE COMPLAINT SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK.

      I hope someone will take note of and will kindly resolve and respond.

          Hello

          its been more then 90 days and indian bank has not given me my rs 2893 even after my repeated compalints and mail to them and cyber department . Hence i want a help from u as even the bank manager is not bothered to solve my case pls help me in getting my money back now

            I Ordered 2 H&M Hoodies from Myntra Which Were Priced 1034.10 Each So The Total Price Was 2068.20. I Ordered Something Else With Them So The Total Amount Debited For The 3 Products Were 2602.80 But The Order For The Hoodies Got Cancelled From Their End(No problems with the 3rd product) And I Only Got A Partial Refund Of 1034.10 & Didn't Get The Refund Of The Pending Amount Of 1034.10 Till Now.
            The Refund Was Processed on 13th July 2020 Which I Confirmed With One Of Myntras Executive.
            I Used PayPal For The Transaction And In PayPal I Can See Both The Refunds Being Processed.
            But When I Went To The Bank, They Said The They Haven't Received Any Refund From Myntra.
            It's Been Almost 3 Years I Haven't Received Any Refund, Please Help And Kindly Look Into The Issue.

                Myntra Refund initiated 18-11-2021 but not credited yet

                Myntra Refund initiated but not credited in my account Myntra said:- Refund successfully processed on[protected] For Rs -749.00 Bank Reference Number is[protected]. But any one not helping for this, how i can get the refund in my account please help me...

                It's been a nightmare with Birati Indian Bank Branch. The bank manager keeps telling us that within 15 days money will be paid but it's been almost 5 months and no commitment has been made. They keep telling us that the succession documents are with the legal team. My mother is a 70 yr old widow and we have been pushed from pillar to post. We tried giving written complaints to the Branch manager but she does not provide us with any stamped acknowledgement.

                  On 24-08-22, Rs. 177 was deducted from my Savings a/c no. [protected] on account of SOMPO perimium which was cancelled by me long time back. Written request given on 02-09-22 to the Branch (copy enclosed) to reverse this entry, repeated visit to the Branch and follow up with the responsible person Mr. Jaydip Roy Choudhuri Mob: [protected] yielded no result.

                  Please arrange to refund this wrong deduction to my savings account.

                          I have transferred 2000/- through imps in indianoasis Mobile Banking app but the transaction has timed out and amount was debited from my account.
                          I request you to retrieve the amount as soon as possible.

                            Amount Paid CRN Number is [protected]..
                            My sister Linked her PAN with AADHAR on 23.03.2023 through IncomeTax Portal and paid fine Rs. 1, 000/- under Minor head 500 - Other Receipts(500) and Major head 0021 [Income Tax (Other than Companies)] using Indian Bank Net Banking (Savings Account No. [protected]).
                            The Payment was successfull and amount debited in my sisters saving account. CRN Number is [protected].. But, the Income Tax Payment portal shows payment failed. So, I request you to refund the amount..

                              I received a message at date 8/4/2023 at 9:19 AM, the message is 10, 000 rupees id debited from your account by AEPS CW txn and i get another message today that again 10, 000 rupees debited from my account at 9/4/2023 at 8:17 AM, and i don't know how my money was debited even the account holder at home all the time and she don't how and who deduct all her money, I am attaching some screenshot of message.
                              Please help me with refund my money.

                                Several issue related to my NRE account especially OTP, ATM card charges, bulk Charges, Locker rent, etc not being addresses inspite of several emails to the concerned branch as well as zonal brach, nodal officer, etc.
                                No reply at all from Indian Bank.
