I ordered good from Amazon and then they got cancelled and returned due to some damage on the way, after the refund was initiated I talk to Amazon but they said that the refund has been initiated from their end and now I need to contact the bank but there is no option for me to contact the Indian Bank Customer Service for Charge disputes

        I ordered a foam matress worth rupees 9637 from flipkart i paid for it in advance through my rupay debit card was deducted from my account but it said order not placed as payment wasn't confirmed by the bank on 14th feb at 1.47 pm. They said it was an issue from the bank's side and money will be credited back in your account but it's been a day and it hasn't been done. Shall be glad if you could intervene and get refund of rs.9637/- from indian bank. While trying to lodge a complaint in the bank's customer redressal system, a pop exhibits that no failed transaction on that date and doesn't accepts the complaint.

          We have visited the home branch 3 times and submitted a written request to issue the ATM card.But still we have not received the card.Please take this as a compliant and ask the relevant authority to issue the new card at the earliest without any futher delays.Complaint # 10590690 was raised in the Indian Bank portal but was closed with generic comments.
          Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              I have ordered two dresses from mynthra on November 12th and returned the product after few days as it is showing in the app that refund is processed on December 7th and contacted mynthra’s customer care several time they have the reference number as proof to check with Indian bank as I paid through UPI from Indian bank account .
              As I checked with the bank, also the head office it was told with that reference number no refunds has been credited. But mynthra’s customer care asked me for a written statement but that is not been provided by indian bank so from mynthra’s end refund has been initiated to my Indian bank account which is not reflecting

                Surprise Bulk charges on 4th Jan Rs 295/-!!

                Hi,
                Please note that we are having an SB account in your respective branch (Bhiwandi, Maharashtra - 421302), the same was opened just to map with my son's educational loan account. The account number is SB[protected] and the same is mapped with the loan account number LN[protected].

                Now the concern is that on 4th Jan23, almost after 4 years there was a sudden deduction of Rs295/- has been observed under the bulk charges...

                    On 31st December 2022 I ordered tac 15% vitamin c serum on Amazon. Then I received product on 2nd January 2023 but they send wrong item so i contact customer care to refund my amount. They said your amount will be refund on 10th January 2023 on your bank account. But i didn't receive any amount in my bank account. Again I contact Amazon customer care they said we initiate your amount to your bank and they gave reference number IDBI bank[protected] but still now I didn't receive my money so kindly take step of my complaint. Thank you

                      I Arundhati Shivaraja G, tried to withdraw 1000rs from SBI ATM line bazar dharwad on[protected] at 6:59 pm. But during the process ATM machine went offline and didn't recieve any cash even after waiting for 15minutes and I went to Indian bank for 4 times but no proper response from bank officials Till now[protected] didn't recieve my money

                        While settling a bill in Erode Amman Mess in Anna Nagar through my Rupay card, the transaction was not through but amount was debited from my account. i.e 0n21st December 20022 @ 14.49 p.m. Therefore I had to settle the bill through G pay linked to my Axis Bank Account.

                        The restaurant manager has furnished the statement of their accounts and it was observed no such amount was credited to their account from Indian Bank.
                        Shall be glad if you could intervene and get my refund of Rs.2707/- from Indian Bank.
                        While trying to lodge a complaint in the bank's customer redressal system, a pop exhibits that no failed transaction on that date and doesn't accepts the complaint.

                          Amount on hold for more than three years

                          My saving account with account No. [protected], is showing around 4765 Rs. on hold. It sbeing more than three years, but the amount is still showing on hold.

                          I sent many emails to customer care. I have talked to my branch persons also, but they always said that it is done from the main branch, so they don't have any solution.

                          I want to know the reason, and want release of my money....

                          This is to inform you that on 2nd December 2022, while I was placing an order online from Swiggy app in the evening for Gajanan Vada Pav, at that time my amount of Rs 202 was debited twice while paying through Gpay…
                          So total Rs 404 was debited…I spoke to the customer care executive of Swiggy twice but as per them the amount which is debited twice has not reached them…So they informed me to ask my bank about the same…So for which I’m writing you this email…Usually as per Swiggy customer care the amount if debited usually gets refunded within few hours or in few days but as per them it hasn’t reached them….so they wanted me to speak to my bank..
                          So I request Indian bank to kindly look into this & refund the total amount of Rs 404 ( Rs 202 each ) which is been debited while placing an order.

                          Below I’m attaching the details….
                          Kindly revert back for the same….

                          Kindly look into it & see to it that my amount is refunded back.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                My family both me and my mother have been operating an account with indian bank Trustpuram branch for the past 25 years and there is always considerable amount of fund maintained in these accounts.
                                For inactivity, my account was marked as not active during Covid as i lost access to my debit cards, gave a hand written request to the Branch manager in August to reactivate the account and its still not actioned nor was I contacted for any further information after having submitted all the required documents.
                                My mother has a Savings account and she is unable to read / process english very comfortably, her passbook entry is always a problem and her online banking services have also NOT reached us yet after repeated requests.
                                We are always asked to travel to HOME (Kodambakkam) branch for even a simple passbook entry.
                                We are being instructed to access online banking for which the details are not provided yet after more than one request.
                                Today in Saligramam Branch, i saw more than 2 elderly person being dodged for a simple pass book entry, which then happened with me as well.
                                I had to argue with the staff there to get a simple task o[censored]nderstanding the transactions made.
                                we are forced to maintain an account there due to other commitments as of now. Can this be looked into as many people are treated in a very worst manner and if they are illiterate its unexplainable.
