I am a Indane consumer and my Consumer Number is 24208. Every month I book my cylinder through IVRS over the phone. But every month just 2-3 days before the delivery I receive a sms stating that my booking has been cancelled. Every month I have to move to and fro to my Indane gas dealer (Aroop Enterprise-Howrah). My dealer is really very bad at handling customer complains and this is really very painfull and time consuming....
