Today I went to
CHOTANAGPUR SERVICE STATION OF INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED, Bokaro Steel
City, Bokaro, Jharkhand to get my car’s tank fully filled. I asked for the same
from the operator working there. He did fill up the tank but the final reading
came as 37 liters and I was charged for the same (receipt is with me).

my consumer number is 22048, we had cylinder which we opened 8th sunday, immediately we smiled the gas leak we contact the local emergency gas man, he came and replace small nap in opener of the cylinder. today morning this cylinder was over!! i was totally confused ., because usually we will use one cylinder for 90 to 100 days bcs of other electronic staves. I donnt know where to complain and react also...

PDS is a total failure in Manipur in every respect. A customer hardly gets 5 or 6 cylinders of indane gas in a year. My customer code is 7916071 and consumer no is 9276 of porompat indane gas service. This is sudhir from madhapur, ayyappa society, i have two wheeler today i.E., 13/06/2014 itself morning hours 5.15 am i am given 200 petrol fill the vechicle but the vechile is resevered itself. But bill showing 2.56liters per rs. 200/-
My bill number 14283.
So, kindly check the petrol bunk and rectify all people filling their vehicles in daily.
My vehicle is appachi 150, the millage is nearly 55 per liter.

Worst experience of toll free consumer complaint number[protected] provided by IOCL, I calling up for register my complaint twice on 12th June 6:43 pm and 7:40 pm, the executive answered to call me on tomorrow at 8:30 to register my complaint.
Is this the Indian oil industries toll free toll free customer service ?

My concern is Irregular and non-delivery of Domestic Gas Cylinder by IOCL...
