Transaction timed out in atm but amount debited

I have tried to take a sum of Rs 6000 in kotak atm. It did not dispense amount showing "transaction timed out" but the amount got debited from my account. I tried again with the same amount and the same issue happened. Now Rs 12000 has been debited from my account. Please reverse the debited money asap. Kindly resolve such issues as it happens frequently....

Debited amount from my account without my consent

Address: D-81 mansorover garden. Ground floor

Money of Rs 885 is debited from my account without my consent. I don't about from where that transaction occurs. I didn't made any payment and its showing debited Rs 885 from my account. Please look into the matter asap....

Sir. 22/07/2021. I transfer from my account [protected] 0f palacode branch dharmapuri dist to IDIB000K019. Sum amount of ₹ 48000/ through net banking ..Above amount ₹48000/was debied from my account, But amount was not credit into beneficiary account. Till date this amount. Money Got Deducted But Transaction Failed

Hello Sir/Mam,

Today, while filling fuel at the fuel station when I swiped my Indian Overseas Bank debit card in their pos machine, the transaction failed, but my money was deducted.
The transaction date was 22 July 2021 Time: 03:16 PM Amounting to Rs 320.
Please Help Me By Initiating The Refund and look into the matter carefully....

I am a savings account holder in your bank’s Karur-Andankoil East branch, bearing account number [protected] On 18.07.2021 at 10.50 Pm, I was trying to withdraw money of Rs.900.00/- from your bank’s ATM at Jawahar Bazar, Karur. No cash came out of the ATM after going through all necessary options.

Hi Support team

My amount deducted of Rs 48000 after multiple transactions from different atm without any cash withdraw from them. Still amount not automatically credited back.
