Indian Overseas bank has blocked my bank account without my knowledge. This bank is one of the worst bank in India as well as in the world. How can bank blocked customer account without his/ her knowledge. I wont even suggest anyone to open bank account in IOB....

My name is Gopal s/o V.Kumarasamy Thevar. I have saving and housing loan account in IOB Thillaivilagam (TamilNadu) Branch

I have requested to update new Revised interest rate as per latest revised rate announced by the government and also I have sent required documents and so many follow-up emails. But did not get any response. This is ongoing item since November 2020.

Sir, I have used iob atm card through icici atm on 5th june to withdraw money 4500rs. But suddenly transaction was failed but amount debited from account and no debited massage also not get and still not refund my account since . So please consider this issue on serious basis. Many time I contact yo home branch and also complaint on iob customer care. But I am not getting any positive response from there. Please do the needful action on that....

Sir, I have used iob atm card through sbi atm onb12th may to withdraw money 10000. But suddenly transaction was failed but amount debited from account and still not refund my account since 15th days. So please consider this issue on serious basis. Many time I contact yo home branch and also complaint on iob customer care. Bit I am not getting any positive response from there. I went to deposit 8000 rs in nearby iob atm[ melapalyam ] at 30 th april 2021 around 9 30 approx.. but the transaction was failed and i got the reciept as failed atm transaction. when i went top complain in my nearby iob branch they asked me to wait after i gave the complain letter. i waited and waited but by amount was not credited to my account its been more than 3 weeks . the bank staff told me there was no such transaction took place...
