The following consignment package which is booked from Gurgaon, Haryana on 14th Oct 2014 and to be delivered at Bhubaneswar and till today(25th Oct, 2014) it is not reached at the destination. Tracking details are given below, showing on 14th Oct Package is received at BNPL unit (SPC Gurgaon).On 20th Oct Package has left BNPL Unit (SPC Gurgaon) and on 24th Oct it arrived at NSH, Gurgaon.There is no tracking from 14th to 20th and again from 20th to 24th Oct, 2014.Since last 10days or so the package is at Gurgaon.It may take years to arrive at the destination. Customer care is requested to look into the fate of the package. speed post No.:EM[protected]IN which is booked from Mumbai on 18th Oct 2014 and till today it is not received. tracking showing on 20th oct it is desptched from mumbai to coimbatore but it is went to chennai. it is updated on 24th oct. 4 days there is no update. what type of tracking facility you are having. so many officers are sitting there. they dont bother about customer difficiculties . INDIA POST IS WORST SERVICE..

Percel tracking id no. CG[protected]IN which is booked from Bombay Market on 7th of may, 2018. It's going to be 1 month within 5 days and till now reciever did not recieve the percel yet ! Last update up to 12th May, 2018 and then no update ! The percel was supposed to be delivered in Midnapore and literally I have no idea why it recahed Howrah and till 2 weeks why there is no update !! Contacted Howrah head post office and other branches in Howrah so many times, raise complaint on indian post office official website, send them email as well ! still no progress ! Do u ever think about the customers ? Is this your service ? JUST DISGUSTING and HOPELESS !

Dear Sir, I have sent my original transcripts from India to US for evaluation. The details of my dispatched documents are as follows-: 1) Post office name from which it was dispatched -: Sector 16 Noida 2) Dispatched to New York. 3) Dispatch date - 08/10/2014 4) Dispatched Through - Air Mail 5) Cost incurred - Rs. 657/- (Rs 72 as taxes included) 6) Consignment No-: EU[protected]IN When enquired at Post office between different modes of sending documents they said that air mail is the fastest mode and will take only 5 to 7 days. If you will send through ship then it will cost you roughly around 150 rupees but it will take two weeks. As I had an urgency to send my docu/ments for evaluation therefore i paid Rs 657 and said that please book my documents under air mail. Today it is 20/08/2014 and still the documents are not delivered. As my documents were not delivered to their intended destination I lodged a complaint with Indian Post for the same. Complaint No-: [protected]. Neither the complaint is resolved nor any communication from there end is received. My plea has once again fallen on deaf ears. The documents were to be delivered on emergency basis but I have suffered on two counts- One that the documents are not delivered and the grave consequences of it that I have will have on my career due to it. AND Second the mental agony I am going through by such an unprofessional behaviour met on the part of a govt. of India organisation. Please intervene and help at the earliest. I have sent my parcel to my friend who is in Delhi by Speed Post on the occassion of her Birthday but the item was Stolen in between somewhere .Its very embarrassing to know that no one take care of one's valuable giftits consignment number is EE[protected]IN .the gift was an expensive pen which was stolen and empty box is kept in it to show the size of parcel.what the is problem with government officials who neglact such fruad with customer :( :(

I have enrolled for yearly subscription of pratiyogita darpan magazine (id-128412) on 18 sep2014 for preparation of my government exams. I have not received my issue till dated today. when i enquired about the matter, I came to know that my mannual registered post no 3920 was dispatched on 22 sep from Agra (UP). I have visited the my nearest post office(560100) several times regarding this matter but every time i got no help. I requested them many times to look in to it but, they refused to hear any of my words. They sent me back saying they cant do anything. Today, on 15 oct, I came to know that my issue has returned back from the same post office (pin 560100) to Agra on 7 oct. And, when I called up to Post Office again to let them know that I am forced to complain now, they disconnected my call 3 times. Due to this lack of responsibility, I am very upset. i felt I am being cheated by government of India. I am solely dependent on the magazines for competitive exams.

Hi This is annoying As I have ask my friend to courier a small document to me in UK from Mumbai, so he choose India post, World net express service which is a DHL deutsche service next day delivery service. He drop the document at KURLA POST OFFICE COUNTER NO.2, OP-CODE DAM at 12pm on 8/10/14, my friend paidRs.1067 for 13gm document, with that price I would expect atleast same day despatch. i have checked the transit time http://www.worldnetexpress.com/utility-tools/calculate-transit-time.aspx if you put destination and it should below EXPRESS WORLDWIDEThursday, 09 October 2014, by the end of the day18:0020:00 When my friend Mr. Shah rang Customer Service :[protected] and they said they will despatch on 09/10/14 and AWB [protected] will be traceable on midnight. but tracking website says No Shipments Found for AWBNumber [protected] With the new technology it should be traceable from the time they picks of the documents. This sounds strange to me that it will be traceable after despatch. I think there is somebody who is not doing his job properly, kindly investigate and solve this issue on a very urgent basis. Today China and overcome US with the economy with their hard work, there is a need of training, using available resources properly with the use of technology. Dear Sir/Madam, Our society falls after Railway Crossing and before G.E.B on Chanasma Highway, Patan - 384265, Gujarat. The appointed Postman in our area never delivers any post on time. We are suffering from his rude behaviour and non delivery of many Important Posts (which covers, Debit Card, Passport and many other important documents). There were 2 incidents happend in past 10 days where one of my Speed Post No: EH[protected]IN was delivered around 20th Sept, 2014 from around Delhi area and came to Patan P.O. after around 7-10 days time and instead of delivering it to our address, it was again re-delivered to Delhi back. How careless service has been provided from PATAN P.O. in our area via such a careless postman who is getting salary from govt and not delivering any single item on time from past 5-6 months. The same sort of issues are complaining our neighbours also. One more speed post of my no: EH[protected]IN which has been dispatched from around Delhi area and not received by me yet. Please, take an immediate action on such Careless Postman as it's hampering our lives too through non-delivery of posts on time. Thanks with Regards, One Residence from Patan.
