Not refunding security deposit

Its inform you I take a franchise from Forun Express name of my father G.P. Sharma. I was pay a security amount 2lacs rupees to Company A/C but in 21/04/14 I reign to the company and fulfill requirement of closing process to the company but I don, t received any payment, any information till date.
