My accounts bhema30, bhema30185, hrishiutta, deanbs all these four has been suspeneded. The reason they give is i used autofill. I did not use autofill. Each time they suspeneded my account, i informed this but they asked me to create another account. I did so. This time my fourth id has been suspeneded. I'm good in typing fast.
This irctc has a random software which automatically suspends account if the tickets are booked within a minute or so. The customer care of irctc is even worse. They give the same information again and again that "your account has been suspeneded please create another account using different mobile no."
If we commit a mistake, ie if we use autofill then we are at fault and we have to do what they say. For the no fault of mine, (If any it would be typing all details fastly) when they suspend, how many mobile no. Do i need to purchase. What kind of consumer service is this. If a citizen cannot type fast and book a ticket.
They must have different technology to catch the agents and people who use autofill. They can't punish a person who types faster. The next thing i need to do is to video record the way i type and book a ticket to prove them that i have not done any mistake.
