Hi,
I have booked some tickets recently but after few days of booking i got an email from IRCTC saying
"Bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended."
When i called to customer care they say the below reason :-
"your account is inactive due to Use of autofill Scripts or Enormous hitting on site .
Therefore, you can not use it again ."
I am a simple user not any agent and customer care also told me that you can use auto fill technique. So i want to ask that
1) why it is no where written in IRCTC website that after this much use of autofill, your account would be suspended ? Atleast give a prior warning.
2) And then they said that we can't reactivate your account. You have to create a new account with new email id and mobile number. So in order to create a new account i have to purchase a new mobile sim ?
This is very panic and the worst thing about IRCTC website.
So, I request IRCTC officials to please resolve this kind of issue and do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
