My name is Sanjay Tiwari.I booked a ticket from Tatanagar to Howrah from the online portal of IRCTC. I entered all necessary details like ATM pin and account number of my SBI bank account. The message displayed read as "Your transaction is being processed". However instead of getting a copy of the ticket or a confirmation message on my mobile number my account was logged out automatically. I received a message from SBI regarding my transaction which shows a purchase 'worth rs1437 on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected]. My IRCTC username is 'Ritasanjay'. Please help me in either receiving my money back or getting a confirmation of my ticket.

I cant receive any message after booking a ticket.but money has been transactioned to your account.how can i check it

My Self Rohit Agnihotri i have my SBI RAILWAY CARD My Card No : [protected] BUT YAT NOT to RECIEVE MY SUBHYATRA USER ID AND PASSWORD.
