Booked ticket from ers to rdm, journey date was 19th sep 2016 booked date was 18th sep 2016
Got status ckwl when booked

Didn't received any message so, i was in a assumption amount will get refunded. Which i didn't get.
Called customer care they says ticket got confirmed.
When checked pnr status it says flushed pnr/pnr not yet generated
This is not fare i should get amount refunded
