Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Cancellation funds are not credited to my account

I booked a train ticket through irctc and the pnr no is [protected] with waiting list. Since the wait list ticket is not confirmed the ticket is automatically cancelled and i received sms to my mobile on 21st june 2016 stating that urwl tkt cancelled and an amount of rs1490/- will be refunded to ur account. But till today that amount is not credited to my account. Pl do the needful. With regards v r c chowdary
