Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Cancellation refund issue

My name is aakriti surana, i booked my rail ticket with PNR number - [protected] online for the date 14/11/2016 MTJ-BCT and when i cancelled it i accidentaly i chose axis bank instead of housing developement finance corporation ltd (hdfc) bank account due to which refund transaction has not been made properly. it has almost been a week since i cancelled my ticket so what do i do now to get my refund

Printed price is 15 rs but 20 rs was charged.
